  • Q Why are same materials not recommended for designing self-reversing screw and nut?

    A
    When self reversing screw and nut adopt the same metal material, they are prone to galling, adhesion and seizure under friction and pressure operation. Identical material crystal structures easily bond with each other, resulting in thread locking, abnormal wear and short service life. Different material matching can effectively avoid bite failure, reduce friction and ensure stable long-running of reciprocating motion.
