(1)There are spacer blocks between the clamping mechanisms of the normally closed pneumatic clampingand braking element.Do not remove the spacer blocks except when installing.
(2)To avoid eccentric loading,linear guide clamps must be installed on all linear guide,and the hardness of the guide surface used for clamping should not be less than HRC58.
(3)The quality level of compressed air used should comply with the national mechanical industry JB/T 5967-2007 standard 223.
(4)The outer diameter of the air pipe is recommended to be above φ6mm.The smaller the outer diameter,the longer the reaction time.
(5)Shorten the length of the air pipe as much as possible.The longer the air pipe length,the longer the reaction time.
(6)Pneumatic normally closed standard series rail clamp:opening air pressure 0.55Mpa,maximum operating air pressure 0.65Mpa(occasionally high pressure is OK,but not for a long time,long-term high pressure rubber rebound is not complete,resulting in the chuck can not be opened)
(7)Pneumati normally closed low pressure series clamping element: opening air pressure 0.4Mpa,maximum operating air pressure 0.6Mpa (occasionally high pressure is OK,but not for a long time,long-term high pressure rubber rebound is not complete,resulting in the chuck can not be opened)
(8)The clamp shall not be disassembled at will,disassembly by yourself may affect the use,the use of substandard air source,and other man-made damage are not covered by the warranty.
(9)A spacer plate might have to be ordered as height compensation,depending on the height of the rail carriage.
