Design and Preparation:LMT engineers can design prototypes of lead screws for customers.Based on product requirements and specifications,designs are created,and required materials and tools are determined.Ensuring the design meets strength and functional needs.In most cases,customers send drawings and requirements to us,and our production department prepares the materials and tools needed for the production stage.

Material Preparation:Select suitable materials(e.g.,alloy steel,stainless steel,brass,engineering plastics)and cut them to the required dimensions according to the design.

CNC Machining:Utilize CNC machine tools for precise component machining.This may include operations such as thread rolling,turning,milling,drilling,and thread cutting to complete the machining of the lead screw and nut.

Heat Treatment:Perform heat treatment processes(e.g.,quenching,tempering)on the components to enhance their hardness and strength,and to relieve internal stresses.

Surface Treatment:Apply surface treatments(e.g.,anti-rust painting,plating)to the finished lead screw to improve corrosion resistance and appearance.
