Solid Lubricant Bearing
JDB solid lubrication bearing is open the proper size,arranged in an orderly manner of cavity in the bearing base metalfriction surface,then in the cavity embedded with a unique self lubrication performance of forming solid lubricant (solidlubricant is generally an area of friction area of 25%-35%)and made of self lubricating bearing.The bearing has theadvantages of the metal matrix and the special lubricating material.It breaks through the limitation of the oil film lubrication.JDB solid lubricating bearings are especially suitable for non oil,high temperature,high load,low speed,anti fouling,antiradiation,anti radiation,and in the water or vacuum solution infiltration and can not add lubricant film under the specialconditions of use.The poducts are widely used in the fields of metallurgy,steel rolling equipment,filling equipment,hydraulic turbine,gas turbine,instrument and instrument,mining machinery,marine machinery,textile machinery,marineindustry,space navigation and other fields,but also more and more widely used in other industrial and agricultural machinery.
 
SF-1 Series of Oilless Bearing
SF-1 series bearings are made of high quality steel plate as the substrate,and the intermediate sintered bronze ball powder,which is based on PTFE,adding a variety of filler materials,such as fiber,graphite andMoS2,ete.,to improve the mechanical strength,thermal conductivity and thermal conductivity and wearresistance of PTFE.
Oilless bearing in the beginning of the running process,PTFE wear-resistant material will quickly transferto the shaft, and with the combination of physical, forming a solid film,and bearing material on the surface of thesame,in the entire service life of the bearing is always there.This layer of solid protective film cut off the direct contact between the shaft and the bearing,reduces the wear rate,and prolongs the service life of the bearing.
Structure
1.Wear layer surface sintered PTFE and fiber mixture 0.01~0.03mm,Can form a very good transfer film,Notonly protect the shaft,but also protect the bearing of theself lubricating performance.
2.Middle sintered bronze ball powder 0.20~0.30mm,Hasa good bearing capacity and wear resistance,Goodthermal conductivity,Can transfer the heat generatedduring the operation of the bearing.The compositematerial is penetrated into the gap of the copper ball,which greatly increases the bond strength.

SF-2 Boundary Lubrication Bearing
It is made of high quality low-carbon steel with sintering porous bronza as its interlayer,and the compound of polyoxymethylene(POM) & pb as its surface.It can offer the good load capacity and wear-resistant.The product is applied to vehicle chassis,forging and pressing machine,metallurgical machinery,miningmachinery,hydraulic industry and rolling steel industry,tec.
 
Structure
1.POM 0.30-0.50mm modified formaldehyde,has a goodwear resistance,even in the case of an instant lack of oilalso has a low friction coefficient.Oil storage pit,bearingsurface with a spiral angle arrangement of the assembly,should be filled with grease.
2.Copper powder layer 0.20-0.35mm has good carryingcapacity and wear resistance,good thermal conductivitycan be timely transfer the heat generated in the process ofthe operation of the bearing.Composite materials can beinfiltrated into the gap in the copper ball,improves thebond strength.
3.Low carbon steel,bearing capacity and heattransfer function of bearing.
4.Copper/tin plating 0.002mm,so that the bearinghas a good corrosion resistance.
